Piano & Keyboard Lessons
The piano is a foundation for the study of all other instruments. On the piano, students learn to read notes simultaneously in two different clefs (treble and bass) while developing aural skills. The simultaneous use of both hands on the keyboard & piano helps develop left brain-right brain communication – which is not only important for children, but also in particular for adults. Our teachers guide their students through a balance of traditional and contemporary repertoire and technique, insuring a healthy balance between fun and learning.
Piano Students also have the opportunity to take formal graded music examinations through the AMEB and Rockschool International Music Examination Board and also can take theory examinations through the AMEB.
