Contemporary Dance – Juniors, Pre-Teens & Teens

CONTEMPORARY  is in full swing at the Red Music & Dance Centre! Our classes are non-competitive, inclusive and don’t come with a huge costume bill for concerts! Our teachers are fully qualified and teach the APDA syllabus – so you can rest assured that your child is being taught in a professional environment, with a family focused community of like-minded students and families, making incredible new friends and having lots of fun!

Contemporary is an expressive dance style that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dance strives to connect the mind and the body through fluid movement.

At RED, students can also complete Contemporary Dance  Examinations through the APDA syllabus.
