Red Music Centre is helping you discover the Stage and Screen in 2017!

Junior Acting –  (Ages 7 to 9)

Our Junior acting classes are fun, interactive and introduce our budding actors to acting skills and performance. A variety of Creative games and improvisations are built into classes to promote self-confidence and encouraging individual personalities to shine through. An introduction to scripts work, developing character, learning lines, as well as chat to camera gives students a head-start if they choose to pursue work in the industry.

Pre-Teen Acting –  (Ages 10 to 12)

Our Pre-Teen Acting classes continue on from the junior program and allow students to gain increased confidence and self-esteem, stronger communication skills, greater sense of creativity and the possibility of auditioning (and perhaps obtaining) roles in film, TV and Theatre. Through our dynamic and engaging classes, students continue to develop character, learn scripts, discover different acting techniques and skills and work in both stage and TV skill sets.

Teen Acting –  (Ages 13 to 17)

Gain confidence and explore essential life skills in our teens acting classes. Explore improvisation, role-playing, script analysis, working in front of the camera, storytelling, physical presence, finding a strong voice and discovery of the performer within. Students wishing to be actors will practice auditioning with confidence and learn camera technique to grab a casting professional’s attention.

Adults Acting –  (Ages 18 plus)

Our weekly adult acting class is about using drama as a form of personal development & expression– and a source of fun! Our adult students range from Musical Theatre students, to singing students looking to support and grow their confidence, to those looking for a fun and exciting way to make great new friends and learn some fantastic skills to take into life and the workplace.

Acting Extension Class (By Invitation Only)

Students selected to attend our extension class will explore acting at the next level – which includes Speech and Drama Eisteddfod preparation, Audition preparation and Speech and Drama Examinations.

Private Acting Classes (By Appointment)

Students are able to book in Private Lesson time with our Acting Teacher, Aimee Duroux to help better prepare for auditions (TV, Film or Theatre), develop a Showreel or simply improve on skills and techniques in a one-to-one setting.
